Disappointed I recently purchased the BYD Sealion 6, and while I am thrilled with the car itself, my experience this week picking it up was underwhelming and left me feeling disappointed. We arrived at the BYD West Perth branch at 8:10 am for our 8:30 am pickup. While the team member greeted us promptly, the doors didn’t open until 8:25 am. It was a great experience dealing with Lorenz, customer service was excellent, he helped me throughout the process. I was only checking their EV and ended up getting one for myself. 😊
A dealer who actually talked without the pressure
The lads, went above and beyond to get me and my family into our new shark 6. I won't tell you what they did but trust me when I say you won't get service like this from any car dealer you have ever used. If your in the market to buy a byd use west Perth. Thanks lads outstanding work.
Website is incredibly unfriendly snd tedious. Before even being able to view specs and pricing on website, how does one make a decision on brand to shortlist? Please fix your website filtering system.
