Mr. Aleksander look after us very well. Highly recommended. We had a reservation for a BYD Dolphin and changed our minds as we wanted to wait for the Atto 2. He process the refund within a day. He also took us for a test driver even though we didn’t book anything and showed us other cars as well. Look for him on your next visit.
***UPDATE APRIL 2025 - They have now called me to tell me that due to rear impact damage the rear suspension needs fixing and it will be at my cost of over 5k! No responsibility and passing the blame onto the customer with an unrelated problem they found while fixing a battery issue BUYER BEWARE *** My BYD ATTO 3 has spent over six months in workshops in the since new—requiring six tows for recurring issues, including dangerous safety faults (e.g., wheels locking while driving and failing to engage Park mode).
