I have had a very good experience with Ebbett BYD Tauranga. They were very trustworthy and were exceptionally good on communication. And they were not pushy which is a real turn off for me … they know their vehicles and do internal testing and education of fellow staff …They worked very diligently to get me my vehicle the day before Xmas.
I can't praise Ebbett Tauranga and BYD Tauranga enough. From our initial first look at a BYD car the attention we received was first class. Our second visit to the showroom didn't disappoint. We were given all the facts we needed and had a very enjoyable test drive which confirmed which car we wanted. From then on it was smooth sailing and we were updated all the time as to when our car would arrive in the country and when it would be ready for us to pick it up.
