Just had my first service at BYD Sutherland - the team are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Special shoutout to Brandon who was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!
Cathy was super professional and really friendly. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and her customer service was amazing from start to finish.
Went in to test drive a BYD Shark 9 & due to having stock also great customer service from Cathy & Lola I purchased on the day. BYD Sutherland are blessed to have dedicated staff Like Cathy & Lola. AAA experience.
Booking a service is a PAIN, luckily I never had any issues with the car, but if you do you're looking at MONTHS of wait.
