I have to thank the wonderful team at “ Newstead BYD Service Centre “ for their attentiveness and speed … when I visited them today for my first Sealion6 service.
Booked my Sealion 6, 20000 km Service and other pending issues was informed at the time of booking. I took the day off from my work for this. When I went at the service centre at Newstead, counter person said they will only do the service but will not fix other issues. He said I have to book again for different issues. I told him at the time of booking I had told the customer service guy and informed him with all the car issues and he said he will let the dealer know.
