I have to thank the wonderful team at “ Newstead BYD Service Centre “ for their attentiveness and speed … when I visited them today for my first Sealion6 service.
Booked my Sealion 6, 20000 km Service and other pending issues was informed at the time of booking. I took the day off from my work for this. When I went at the service centre at Newstead, counter person said they will only do the service but will not fix other issues. He said I have to book again for different issues. I told him at the time of booking I had told the customer service guy and informed him with all the car issues and he said he will let the dealer know. Service and care were superb
Had a small warranty issue involving the steering wheel knocking after 18 months. Nothing serious. Booking was seamless. Dropped off for diagnostics. Part replaced and battery charged for free. Well informed by Matt. Really impressed
