We had a great experience initially with Ruby in Sales while test driving and purchasing our new BYD SEALION 7. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. The rego plates we dropped off were never fitted to the vehicle, the battery was only charged to 40% on delivery, and the floor mats I ordered and paid for were missing from the car. Absolute terrible experience, lack of customer care and professionalism. This experience has been very stressful. I went to collect my brand new car. The delivery center put a "brand new" car on delivery floor that clearly had sun damaged discoloured parts. They had a shark either side that had none of these issues. The defects and lack of care and cleaning stood out. The car had not been detailed and had dirt marks both inside and outside the car. Have been waiting almost two weeks for my $1000 deposit to be refunded despite multiple phone calls and emails. My advice - if you are not 100% committed don’t put a deposit down. BYD do better!

worst sales person. no interest in explaining the car. Even we offererd to purchase the car in cash, still the salesperson kept bring budget as the top concern rather than explaining the car. Had worst experience at this southport dealership.
