Have been waiting almost two weeks for my $1000 deposit to be refunded despite multiple phone calls and emails. My advice - if you are not 100% committed don’t put a deposit down. BYD do better!
worst sales person. no interest in explaining the car. Even we offererd to purchase the car in cash, still the salesperson kept bring budget as the top concern rather than explaining the car. Had worst experience at this southport dealership.

I had a really awesome experience with Byd Bundall and the delivery centre at Smith Street, Southport. I originally attended a BYD dealer in Brisbane and had a less than good experience. I thought Id give BYD GC a go. From the moment from walking in the door to a test drive to signing a contract to buy, salesperson Cassandra was great. Annoyed that it’s advertised address is 32 smith street Southport. Got people to meet me there, only to see it’s a delivery w/house not a showroom. Even though is says sales and has photos of the cars to sell. Called them when I got there and they said yeah we moved over 6 months ago.
