Beware Your Deal = BYD . Seriously misled on the Sealion 6. There are not 4 models (5,6,7 & 8) there are multiple 'Sub-Models' and we test drove one WITH Parking sensors (which were a mandatory condition) then got sold (sight unseen) and delivered one without them. The ONLY new SUV in Australia without parking sensors and we didn't know until we parked at home (3.5 km away). Took it back immediately and now they refuse to cancel because we "took delivery". I honestly can't recommend Gold Coast BYD highly enough. Angelo has built an incredible business with a genuine focus on customer service. The experience of picking up our brand new sealion 7 this morning was disappointing. Had a 9:30 appointment but was told that the appointment was for 10. The car wasn’t ready until 10:15 and then was told that the car was coming with only 42% charge and that they were going to give us a gift card to go and charge it down the road. This was disappointing enough. Then we were told that this gift card wasn’t coming for a week.🤣 Adding to out dissatisfaction was that the car also came with a few free scratches.
