While the staff is friendly, they seem to lack knowledge regarding the technical issues of the cars.
Make sure you inspect your car under the sun. My car looks like it has been washed using sandpaper, I've rung byd in Southport 5 times as they said they would make a claim. They say they have escalated the issue and never called me back. Seriously avoid buying your car here and thoroughly inspect your vehicle, not on a rainy overcast day.
Amazing service from the staff, welcomed me and offered snacks and beverages. Answered all my questions and concerns with ease. Fast delivery. Props to all the staff once again, especially Lee who responded very quickly all my enquiries. Thank you BYD.
