If I could put less than 1 star I would. I had organised and paid a deposit for a BYD Seal Dynamic. After my husband who had purchased a BYD Seal Performance through the Waverley dealership had issues and cancelled his order, I decided to do the same due to the lack of transparency with BYD in general. I wrote 3 emails, made some phone calls to confirm my emails had been received and also went into the dealership to ask why the refund of my deposit hadn't taken place. No response from anyone.
