Came to have a look at one of the performance EVs. Managed even to test drive. Left a deposit as a result.
The worst company 4 test drives waiting over 30 minutes and was booked in, Paul the fleet manager will ensure that you can't drive a car and won't assist with getting a potential tesla client to change to BYD, definitely Buy your dream, - the car, buy any other EV not this cheap Chinese garbage.
I have no idea how good this dandenong team are as it is impossible to book a service in. I’ve submitted the request online. I’ve called customer care multiple times. I’ve emailed customer care. The problem is you can’t engage them directly. The only point of contact is the customer care number. Looks like the only avenue left is to drive there. Which I didn’t want to do as it’s no where near where I live.
