My BYD came with no window tinting despite having paid for it already. The company didn't tell us about this and we had to find out ourselves. After a whole month of being sent back and forth from Sutherland to Castle hill as well as multiple calls to headquarters, I still cannot get my tinting done on time, which should have come with my car. We had a great experience at BYD Castle Hill thanks to Ray's exceptional assistance. He displayed immense patience while attentively listening to our circumstances and even arranged multiple test drives for the ATTO 3. Although we didn't ultimately purchase the ATTO 3, we were impressed by Ray's professionalism and will definitely return to explore BYD's other EV options upon their release - Michael & Vanessa
The service centre is terrible. Bad service, no-one knows anything. Try somewhere else if you can
