Since placing my order for my Shark the experience with BYD has been disappointing at every turn. From registering my vehicle for business instead of private and then delivering my Shark to the wrong person. That's a whole story in itself. Then waiting just under 4 months for my accessories. It took some "jumping up and down" to get that organised. Then to top it off they forgot to install the passenger side when installing deep dish mats. How does that happen? Jessie was so helpful from the moment we stepped foot into the dealership and was able to get us a car in no time, kept us updated throughout the whole process with where the car is and when it will arrive.
