Great Job by Connor and the team at BYD Brisbane on my Shark. Certainly a different way of buying a car but it works well and Connors communication during the process was great. Super happy with the vehicle and was given a loan car when accessories put on was much appreciated. It was a wait but totally worth it.

Great Service from Alice Madew who made the whole process so easy. She made the whole process of getting my Sealion easy even though I lived interstate. Always kept me informed and up to date. I would recommend anyone thinking about buying a car to look at using her and BYD Brisbane. I looked at other cars and dealers had excuses on long delivery times or why I could not get something. Alice made the experience great and you always felt she was there to help get the car rather than take the money.
