One of the worst experiences. I was referred to as a dog and having sensitive nerves. bedside manner is awful. I still cant use my arm like I once did after months of therapy. Billing department is horrible. Paid co-pays each visit. Then over a month of not going they send me a bill. The only thing good about this place is Jonathan he is an amazing PT and I'm sad I don't go there because of the billing dept. and Dann who has zero sympathy for his patients.
Dr Byck has put me back together several times now. He is an awesome surgeon!!!
