I drove out to Byblos Banquet Hall in Dearborn from Ohio for a retirement party and the food, service, and all around experience as a guest here was beyond amazing. The staff treated me so well, brought out hot, fresh and delicious food (which they were very generous with giving us extra of whatever we needed) and treated us with the utmost class and respect. 5 stars! My daughter had her wedding/bridal shower here and Joe and his staff went above and beyond! Our guests are still talking about the delicious, fresh food, beautiful decor, and amazingly friendly hospitality. Thank you Byblos! Looking forward to more events with you! Joe also catered for the engagement party to our home! As usual, all of the guests were so impressed; Joe made sure that the food was fresh and that there was PLENTY of it! They don't call him Mr. Generous fro nothing!!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this hall! It's beautiful, the food is out of this world AMAZING, the servers are sooo hospitable and the management staff truly puts in all of their time and effort into hosting events with perfection. Excellent service, very polite servers. There is always delicious dinner here and plenty of it, so noone ever leaves full. The interior is amazing and unique. Manager and staff care about making sure each event is perfect. Had my wedding here and always recommend Byblos to all of my friends and family.
Both were outstanding for a large event. Owner was actively engaged with employees and 400+ people served hot food simultaneously. Would recommend. Interior clean bright and restrooms great.
I attended a party at this hall and was very disappointed. It looks very nice from the outside, but the decor inside is a little too much, and the service is bad. All of the employees are very rude. There was a problem at the bar and it was shut down for about 30 minutes. When it was reopened beer could not be served because it was warm. Once it was ok to be served it only lasted 20 minutes because the bar closed an hour before the party ended. For as much as they charge they could have compensated for all the problems.
