I cannot rave enough about the Owner. She is the most amazing sweetest lady ever. I usually HATE shopping. I always discourage myself and walk out with nothing but she helped me dress and put outfits together all while being honest and making me feel comfortable! She is amazing and everyone needs to go see her. It is also plus size friendly ❤️ I can’t wait to go back!

The girls that work in Bybees and the owner, Melissa, make this store inviting, comfortable and one you want to go to! I am talking about Catherine, Evette and Shondra! These women are fabulous! From the time you enter the store, if you are an established customer they call you by name and start helping you immediately! They show you new merchandise, Get you to a dressing room and start bringing you items that they think you will like! No other store in Lubbock has this kind of customer service! It rocks!

Bybee's is hands down my favorite store. Not only do they have great quality/ cute clothes at a reasonable price, but the nicest staff around. I always appreciate Melissa's help and sweet spirit when I go in. Today I had the priviledge of having Yvette there when I went in. She quickly picked up on my style and helped me find just the right pieces. She was so positive and a true joy to be around. It is nice to find a wonderful combination of amazing clothing and caring staff.
