She didn’t call me to go over my X-ray results and didn’t call my partner to go over their X-ray or MRI results. I had to go to a nurse at my work to get answers about the imaging results. She also had my partner do a cardiology test that she said was included in the yearly physical, but wasn’t, and we got a bill for over $1,000. She acts much more like a sales person than a doctor. Very odd and will definitely look for a different PCP.
I went in for an appointment and had blood work done. She did not call me to go over results, said it I wanted to I had to book an appointment. When I looked at the results I had an UTI and was never notified. Super disappointing, I have tried to get in contact multiple times.
Dr. Jahangir was very kind and attentive, and I appreciated the care she provided during my visit. I was also seen in a timely manner after check in which I appreciated. However, I did encounter an issue related to balance billing. I scheduled an annual preventative physical, but was later billed for what was described by my insurance as an experimental test—something that did not fall within the scope of a standard preventative exam. Dr. Jahangir is a wonderful and attentive physician who has been very helpful and affirming in my healthcare experiences. She came recommended to me as an internist, and I would confidently recommend her and the practice to any friend or family member. All of the staff at practice is very helpful too - I have had only positive experiences!
