I finally had the pleasure of tasting Yurii's pizza for the first time while he was at Boo At The Zoo at Sunset Zoo. As soon as I opened up the box, I knew the pizza was going to be good. The cheese was layered, melting just enough to let the sauce peek through. The aroma from the dough smelled heavenly, and the delicately charred crust gave it that authentic signature of a real pie.
