When my uncle went home under hospice care, Keith and his team helped us find 24 hour care with very short notice. The administrative team was competent and kind and the home workers were incredible. All were compassionate and competent. I highly recommend their services.
I live out of state, and when my mother struggled with daily activities and tasks, it was comforting to know that By Your Side was available. Their caregivers are very attentive and genuinely care about their patients' physical and mental well-being. The operational leaders within the company are also very responsive and attentive. I would gladly recommend By Your Side to anyone in the greater Jacksonville area needing home health care.
I can't say enough good things about this group. First let me say they treated us like family from the first phone call and Mama loved all of the caregivers that cared for her. Their patience, knowledge, compassionate care was amazing. I felt safe leaving her under their care it gave me peace of mind. So blessed to have found this group. I can't say thank you enough.
There when we needed them! Even though we only used their services for a couple weeks, it was clear that they are a caring, well-run company. Easily accessible and worked with the family. Family portal website is a nice touch.
