If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a horrifying experience at this medical office. The receptionist—who is not a nurse or doctor—screamed at me over the phone, refused to answer basic questions, made threatening remarks, and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, my calls were ignored. When I brought this severe misconduct to the doctor's attention, the doctor’s response was completely shocking.
