Taking on a bathroom renovation in winter might not be very smart- but I should not have worried. We have just upgraded our main bathroom, powder room (in the photos), en suite bathroom and small toilet room with the By Urban team. We are delighted with the final results. We did the renovations in two stages over 5 months. The communication was excellent, which made everything much easier.
