We have just upgraded our main bathroom, powder room (in the photos), en suite bathroom and small toilet room with the By Urban team. We are delighted with the final results. We did the renovations in two stages over 5 months. The communication was excellent, which made everything much easier. We had By Urban do some work in our kitchen, followed by a total update of our main bathroom. They were great! From the design and quoting through to the actual work, we felt listened to and looked after. Laura's design work and help with the selections was amazing and Chloe is brilliant at letting you know what is going to happen each day. Really happy with all that they did.
