Poor service; Tris doesn’t even know how to answer phone calls, let alone service. He totally lacks phone call mannerisms. He is extremely rude, unprofessional, shady and secretive about his service location. Doesn’t want anyone to visit physically to see his equipments and infrastructure prior to haircut. Totally unreliable, cocky and arrogant barber/stylist to say the least.
Excellent experience. I went there to get a haircut and beard lineup. I wanted to try out a different beard style before my wedding. I gave him a picture of a look I saw on Instagram. He made it exactly as shown in the video. I am also disabled and the location is very accessible. There is an elevator to get upstairs. Tris even made a room in the shop to accommodate my wheelchair.
