We needed a 2nd estimate to repair the water heater, because a previous estimate was quoted to replace the 3 yr unit at a cost of 2k+. Thank the Lord we sought a different opinion. By the Way RV Service was able to detect a loose connection and fixed the problem instantly. Amazing customer service and a lot more reasonable than the 1st quote. Kathy and Keith were wonderful to work with. My AC wasn't draining properly and water was draining inside on my bed, and after having another "tech" come out and charged me $175, not fixing the problem, Keith was able to figure out the issue quickly and get me back up and running again. Highly recommended.
