Believe previous reviews from this year and don’t waste your time. I made an appointment and no one showed up to open the boutique. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.

If I could give negative stars I would. Wedding planning is stressful enough, so the last thing a bride needs is people not showing up when they are supposed to! Made an appointment over 4 weeks ago. Called 2 weeks ago to confirm appointment and make sure that it was scheduled and someone was here because people were driving hours to come see me try on dresses and they said yes appointment is confirmed and your appointment is with Stacy. Don't bother to show up for appointments. Not sure how they are staying in business without actually doing the things that are required to run a business.

Incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment and drove several hours to make it. When I arrived the shop was closed. Zero contact from the shop, zero notice, zero attempts to rectify or reschedule. Even if this place had my dream dress, I have no desire to support a business that doesn’t have enough respect of someone’s time to pick up a phone. Sad.

I understand the hardships on businesses during Covid, and the necessity of appointments. But when I drive 4.5hrs for an appointment only to be told "it was not sent to their phone" and were unaware, yet I had received numerous appointment reminders and they are unavailable so we reschedule for the following day only to have no one show again and only get voicemail is a bit unprofessional. You would think during these hard times they would be professional to customers trying to support their small business
