I can not recommend By The Sea Livery. After the owner, Shaun, confirmed my transportation to Logan Airport, he cancelled at 10pm Saturday night before my early morning pick-up in Ogunquit. As I was unable to find an alternative in such short notice, I was forced to rebook my flight for the next day and was required to pay additional airfare. Called to book a ride to the airport, was told that the time and date I needed was available and that I would receive a confirmation email shortly. Never received an email, contacted them the next day to inquire about not receiving confirmation. They then told me they had no booking for me and that they were all booked up.
