After more than 10 years with the same dental clinic in Toronto, switching to By the Lake felt like a big step, but it turned out to be a great one. The entire team is excellent. The front desk is warm and welcoming, the assistants are attentive, and the dentists are skilled and easy to talk to. Everything feels honest and straightforward, with genuinely good service. My 4 year old loved the appointment too, which says a lot. Very happy we made the switch!
Great place! The staff is friendly and dr. Patricia and her assistant Chantal are really good. Even waiting is nice because of their massage chairs.
My loyalties are with them for years to come.
So happy with my ortho treatment. Huge thank you to the whole team, especially Dr. Steve, Theresa, and Bel for being there through most of my appointments and taking such good care of me. Got my braces off today and I’m obsessed with my smile it’s so nice!
