Brandon a the team at By The Book were great! Took care of me during my whole process. Worked with my insurance and made everything a smooth process. Highly recommend!
The thing i like about this place is that they take pictures and show you where your issue is. Shoutout to Brandon at this location. Great communicator, he explain things to you, update you as you wait, and he's honest. One of the technicians accidentally broke the fitting piece for my air filter; Brandon told me about it, and replaced it for free, not to mention, he also topped off the cumins 6.7 with oil, FREE OF CHARGE. First time being here, I will return for future business.
