Im still up in the air about it. I paid $1100 just to get my truck back still not running right. They told me that it was the IPR valve and tried to charge me labor to remove it twice. Other then that they are very respectful and professional and communicate very well. I will update my review once I get this part on and then we will know if they knew what they were talking about or just throwing parts at it. Update. The mechanic did recommend the correct part. Funny story went in for free inspection they took two hours I told the sales guy I wasn’t interested in the services cause he didn’t know what he was talking about so he got the owner involved. Between those two they couldn’t make a sale owner got mad Totally unprofessional and over priced .. many other places to go would not recommend
We came into town and needed some work done. We are lucky we found this honest/ creditable diesel shop that looked into our issues and got us back on the road.
They diagnosed and repaired my 2017 Chrslyer Pacifica fuel injector issue. Even though the company name says Diesel repair the staff is very knowledgeable in all types of vehicles. The front staff knew a lot about my vehicle model and discussed the issue with my car in great detail. The price was very good and the work done was top notch. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here for repair and service in the future for sure.
Best shop in town. The brothers that own it are great and super knowledgeable. I typically deal with Brandon up front, and have never been disappointed. Fantastic communication and customer service from everyone. If You want honest and professional service, this is the place to go!
