Great place if you have a Sthil or John Deere. If you walk in with anything other than that…well, I felt like the salesman could have at least tried to offer me alternative ideas instead of dismissing me so abruptly. The boy at ACE actually offered advice…which was to go to bypass.
What a great group of people. From the lady at the front door to the parts counter and the service department. They were all a pleasure to be able to give my business to. You can't go wrong with this place. I've been to others that severely lack in customer appreciation and I highly recommend By Pass Power for all your lawn and equipment purchases.
Wow. Called with chainsaw rental inquiry. Man answered with "might as well give 'em a gun. Imagine the lawsuits! No one rents chainsaws" Ok. Sorry to bother you.
