We worked with Built By Krueger for a major remodel in Louisville. It was a such a positive experience! They were great communicators, did a beautiful job and made what could have been a challenging process almost seamless. We can’t recommend them highly enough
From the first meeting with Matt Krueger, the entire experience of building a custom home with these brothers was fantastic. Our PM, Warren Krueger and his assistant, Maria, were so helpful, attentive and flexible throughout the entire build. It’s very bad odds when two totally separate areas on a construction project caused flooding from the same contractor. This equals bad oversight, bad management, bad subs. Window well flooding, from new window well construction and then in a totally different area of the house, on the roof, flooding occurred from a hole left in the roof, which caused interior damage with black mold, all caused by faulty construction by Built by Krueger on same project. Please stay clear of this construction company. We did a remodel with them, finished in spring 2021. The first problem occurred in May 2021, when our whole basement bedroom was flooded because they did not construct the window well properly, it was too shallow. The bedroom had my son’s apartment furnishings stored in it, stacked to the ceiling, everything had to be removed, including carpeting for water damage remediation; many weeks of work on our part.
