I’ve been to this establishment twice, and during one of my visits, they relaxed my hair without my knowledge or consent. As a result, my hair has experienced significant damage and breakage. If you have kinky hair like mine, I would strongly advise caution.
Messed up my woman’s hair- wth It was a simple haircut- with a wash… and they didn’t even give her the wash after. And WHO that owns a salon NOT KNOW how to cut hair????!!! I retract my star!
I have to say this the second salon I’ve been to since moving to Long Island. I found this salon on the web and made an appointment. The lady that greeted me was nice. So here’s where I started to observe everything. The salon would book appointments but then show up late. The one hairdresser that is there before anyone doesn’t cut hair.
