I had an amazing massage and facial at By Her Hands! The atmosphere was relaxing, professional, and welcoming. She was attentive to my needs and worked out so much tension. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better than when I arrived. I will be back.
This was my 1st time going to this particular spa.. Jah was amazing. I had the best facial and massage EVER. She was attentive to my needs. She asked questions. It was an amazing experience. Oh and the space was very nice and inviting. Very cozy. I will definitely be back.
Jah is amazing! My younger brother who is deaf was so amazed by her customer service. She went the extra mile to write stuff down on a whiteboard for him to understand. Even though it’s minor to most people that was a major detail that he loved. We look forward to working with her again.
We went for my sister's birthday and had the detox steams. It was my first time having something like this done and I didn't know what to expect, but I really liked the treatment. The owner was so friendly and very helpful. She explained the treatment thoroughly and made adjustments as needed. She chatted and joked with my sisters and I and eased all of our nerves. I'll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family and friends.
Came here for the first time today and got a full body massage and a custom facial. Jah was so incredibly sweet and professional, she did such an amazing job! I haven't felt so relaxed in years! The spa is beautifully decorated and I was super impressed to find out that she not only owns and operates by herself, but that she also decorated the place! Truly an artist with impeccable taste!
