Did a great job putting in landscape as requested. However after a few plants died and I requested they be replaced was told they would return in the fall to replace. After 3 emails, FOUR months and 1 response they never returned. After receiving no communication I sent a last email and was told I was not patient enough. WOnder if I had waited a year if that would have been enough patience ?
