STAY AWAY!!! The owners, Lin Cloud and Kathi Cloud, took our $35,000 deposit and disappeared. No response from them in over a month despite my repeated attempts to contact them. They strung us along for 4 months and we've just discovered they never even put in the order with the manufacturer! This is a total nightmare situation. Do NOT do business with these scammers and thieves!
I’m a luxury Real Estate Broker in the area. My clients have ordered custom cabinets with this company and they have not responded to any of us for over month. The cabinets are supposed to be delivered and installed now but the owners of this company are not communicating with anyone and my clients, who are trying to move her from out of state, are left with a deposit they made and uncertain of what’s going on with it. We had an unfortunate water leak in our kitchen so we needed new cabinets. Lin and Kathy were great to work with on our design- it was a nice give/take with our ideas and things they recommended. It turned out so beautiful!! I had no idea how to design the kitchen and their ideas brought it to life to more than I ever imagined. Thank you!
