Kevin was fantastic in helping diagnose our problem over the phone without coming out and charging a service call. We will definitely be calling him for future needs.

Called By Choice on a Sunday morning. Kevin was out within an hour. Our system was 14 yrs old & he diagnosed we needed replacement of several items. Knowing he wasn't able to fix it immediately, he provided 2 portable units to keep indoor temp tolerable. First thing Monday morning he provided complete estimates for various repair options. We opted to go with a complete new HVAC system. Kevin & Corey were out with the new system at 10am & all was up & running by 3pm! I called to early and woke the owner. He still called me back and sent associated to repair. Showed at 12, air was back working by 12:30.
Wanted to have my AC serviced before the blazing heat picked up. Called By Choice Air and Kevin was very helpful on the phone and reassuring. He even possibly suggested not even needing service based off of some verbal diagnostic items. Regardless, for peace of mind, I had them come out. Cory was super nice, very informative and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. Price was very reasonable and service was great! Highly recommend!
