Emailed them after my friend bought me a solid gold bracelet that broke a day after wearing. They said they’d gladly replace it and to bring it in and that they put one aside for me. I brought it all the way from Brisbane and when I arrived they said it needed to be purchased from one of their stores and not a resale like DJs and couldn’t find my friend in the system. My friend and I got piercings in store with Janine and she went above and beyond for us. Took care, explained things thoroughly and was so kind!
I would like to share some feedback about the service in your store. The product and the brand story do not match the arrogance and sense of superiority I have experienced from some of the sales staff. There seems to be a real lack of interest in presenting the products or assisting customers. This is the second time I have simply given up on purchasing a service or buying a gift. My daughter bought me a pair of beautiful earrings with small drop pearls for Xmas. Unfortunately one of them slipped off down a drain and we were unable to retrieve it. I contacted by Charlotte and whilst they didn't have any spares of my particular pearl they had 2 larger pearls which they sent by express post and are beautiful. So appreciative of the empathy and quick response by Lilly to my dilemma. Forever grateful!
