Cheap quality and terrible service. The ring scratched after barely wearing for checking size purposes, and when I tried to return it they refused, claiming “wear.” They even tried to charge me to get the ring back or smelting it down. Misleading returns policy and zero accountability — don’t waste your money here.
I recently had an issue with an item I purchased, and while I was initially disappointed, the way it was handled absolutely exceeded my expectations. The customer service team was outstanding, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. They investigated the problem thoroughly and came back with a solution that was fair and thoughtful. I really can’t fault how it was resolved. Beautiful products paired with such exceptional service - I'll definitely continue to shop here. Highly recommend!
