I would like to share some feedback about the service in your store. The product and the brand story do not match the arrogance and sense of superiority I have experienced from some of the sales staff. My daughter bought me a pair of beautiful earrings with small drop pearls for Xmas. Unfortunately one of them slipped off down a drain and we were unable to retrieve it. I contacted by Charlotte and whilst they didn't have any spares of my particular pearl they had 2 larger pearls which they sent by express post and are beautiful. So appreciative of the empathy and quick response by Lilly to my dilemma. Forever grateful!
I had 3 piercings at ByCharlotte in Paddington in 2025, at the same time purchased 3 flat-back earrings at $180 ea. My earrings, now that over 6 months has passed, don't sit flat or feel secure. Bought a By Charlotte Live in Lotus necklace for my daughter 18th birthday, very disappointed that after 5 weeks the chain has broken by the clasp. This is the second necklace that has been purchased from by Charlotte the first also broke, since not in Australia we took it to a local jeweller to be told that the chain isn't worth anything. Should of listened to him and not bought another necklace very disappointed for the amount of money they cost won't be buying another.
This team is absolutely amazing, they are kind and great at responding to emails. I reached out to them with an issue and I received communication and a solution in under 2 days time. I would 100% recommend this company as their jewellery is high quality and their customer service is just amazing!
