I was a patient of Dr. Harper's from 2015 to 2022. In 2017 I visited him regarding years of red blotching growing larger on my legs. It had started in 2011. He dismissed my reports of itchiness and minor skin ulcers, telling me I'm just getting old. I was 32. In 2020 I brought up my legs again, as the red skin was getting worse and becoming uncomfortable and painful to touch. He again told me it was nothing.
