Social anxiety doesn't mean somebody is rude and unpleasant. Also, being a nurse (Dr. Harper's wife/receptionist) doesn't mean you call somebody with depression and anxiety, who you've never interacted with, rude and unpleasant just because you've gossiped negatively and unprofessionally about them among the office staff. My insurance company sent him a cheque that was intended for me, as I had paid Dr. Harper.
