My son was a regular with a barber, but over time his customer service became very unprofessional. He would take unnecessarily long, spend time on his phone during my son’s haircut, and cut his hair differently from what we had already discussed. I also began to feel unwelcome when coming in. I eventually took my son elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because I was initially very happy with his haircuts.
