Used BWT for a Warehousing Project we had in Vernon CA. Andrew and his Team did great!!
Company is a middle man for a middle man. Was given a quote and signed a contract for that quote. I was given a 5 day window in which they could pick up it and could not even get ahold of them until 2 days before the window expired. They then tried to use a shady clause in the contract to force me into paying a cancelation fee when they couldn’t even get me a driver until less than 24 hours after the window expired.
They are full of crap. Failed on agreement never showed to pick up RV trailer this company along with car ship central profit off of cancellations due to their failed agreement.
