Went to BWS with two friends to grab some drinks. At the counter, the staff guy asked all three of us for ID. Me and one friend showed ours, but the other didn’t have her phone with her. She’s clearly not under 25 but he still insisted all three had to show ID. I even showed a photo of her ID later and the guy said he would ‘let it slide this time’ but wouldn’t accept it in the future. Honestly, that’s not acceptable. “Absolutely terrible customer service. The guy was rude, arrogant, and dismissive even when we showed a valid photo of the ID. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.” The guy showed his behaviour that he was taught back in his home country. He thinks he is still in his home country and running his personal shop. No any sense of Customer Service.
Never enough staff and constantly shutting at key times.
