Although I can't remember her name, it was about a week before Halloween, I came in quite down and in the dumps (as you do it's a bottleo), she snuck a chocolate on top of my 6 pack just before I grabbed it after paying, and although she probably did that for everyone, it was the kind gesture that really made my day. I of course thanked her and smiled but I really hope that she knows her customer service doesn't go unnoticed.
josh was excellent in service and incredibly enthusiastic while he helped me purchase my alcohol with lots of knowledge 10/10
Most recent shop was off putting! Usually I get greeted, offered help and a great check out experience! This time, I didn’t even get acknowledged when I approached the counter. The lady on checkout just said “when you’re ready” - implying to tap my card. To when it declined, she loudly goes “it’s declined!.” Realising I had used the wrong card, I redid the transaction and then got “that’s gone through” and ushered away when she asked the next person to approach.
Incredibly rude female employee served us tonight. My partner, his sister and I came in to get some drinks when the 10 pack we were after was on the bottom of a pallet full of stock. When we were standing by the pallet looking (not touching anything) we were rudely yelled at by the employee to “not touch ANYTHING on that pallet!” - prior to this she asked us what we were after and she said that they had it in stock but it was at the bottom of a pallet and suggested to get four packs from the fridge instead.
