Online order delivery time frame is shocking not sure which transport company they are using as the app is not updated being order ready in store etc until u call them to confirm order is ready and then they update the app..
Had an issue with a delivery tonight. Waited 2 hours and ended up having to come and collect my order. I spoke with Emma, she was very helpful and so polite. Thank you, Emma. You are a sweet girl and your customer service is 10/10.
