The guy that served us was very friendly and interested with how our trip was going.
Security was very rude and refused to let me in because I came in earlier with my friend who bought something. Security said I can’t buy something twice in the same day even though I hadn’t bought anything earlier, but refused to let me in anyway. Maybe consider doing some customer service training, or even something on active listening. Don’t waste your time here, go try the bottle shop in Raine Square.

Every time we go in here these guys have virtually no selection and then they just charge different prices every time I go in. BC cheaper for cash and more forecast and surcharge. I'm really getting to the stage I'm sick of going into these shops with these kind of people being so rude
