Extremely helpful and fantastic service from Josh today assisting my elderly father so refreshing to see young people helping elders what an asset to BWS.
Used click and collect a couple of times here recently. Both times it was ready super quickly and the staff were helpful and friendly.
opening hours aren’t correct, went there before it was meant to be closed and they already shut the door went in a good 15 minutes before they were meant to be closed
Always great service and advice from BWS Mornington. The staff are very knowledgeable and always help me out with pairing of what alcohol to have with the food I am cooking. Great pricing and the selection of wine and whisky is brilliant.
The staff member was excellent. She was able to assist us well and was able to describe differences in whyskys in great detail. Well done. Previous staff members we have seen in different stores would just shrug their shoulders. 25/8/23 early evening
