I’ve dealt with a lot of people in customer service in my time and today I came across Sarah from Mornington BWS. As it turned out, I messed up the delivery address, but this amazing human went over and above with fixing the issue. Thank you my Friday evening angel! Extremely helpful and fantastic service from Josh today assisting my elderly father so refreshing to see young people helping elders what an asset to BWS.
Used click and collect a couple of times here recently. Both times it was ready super quickly and the staff were helpful and friendly.
opening hours aren’t correct, went there before it was meant to be closed and they already shut the door went in a good 15 minutes before they were meant to be closed
Always great service and advice from BWS Mornington. The staff are very knowledgeable and always help me out with pairing of what alcohol to have with the food I am cooking. Great pricing and the selection of wine and whisky is brilliant.
