Guys, the girl at the counter really hates international ID’s and not knowing the BWS policy🧍♂️
Is it customary to ask for a bag and to have the shop assistant point to a pile of bags on the counter rudely and walk off? Weirdest interaction and far more gross and dismissive in the moment than it sounds. Will be shopping next door where possible from now on. Shame as other staff have been brilliant.
