It is so VERY disappointing to walk into Mawson Lakes BWS now, your staff turn over has left your store soulless and lacking customer service and personality. All due to 'new inexperienced management'. The new staff look unprofessional and seem to struggle with asking how are you today instead for 'rewards card?'... I will be heading to Thirsty Camel from now on ...
Customer service has gone down hill since the new dungeons and dragons guy, manager started there all of the staff are more interested in socialising with each other discussing social things instead of helping customers.
Not like it was before. New manager who is rude and very arrogant. Was a great store until he came in. Many people I know now go across the road to the sip n save. Much better there. Need to bring back the staff that was there before. I must admit that Nate is still there. Very friendly guy. Atmosphere is not good there anymore. Do yourself a favour and go across the road where you will be greeted by friendly staff.
They are very nice people, great service. The smaller guy looks like kid rock.
