Absolutely disgusting behaviour ever received by any BWS in WA. Customer service should always be a priority regardless of the time of day
The customer service is poor. Employees seem completely uninterested in helping customers.
Staff sit behind the counter day dreaming. If anything they look too young to work there. Very rude. They complained about a guys son helping him carry a bottle of wine to the counter for him as he had his hands full and they were too lazy to help. They ended up asking his young son for I.D as he touched the bottle. How ridiculous can people be! If they had helped this man in the first place then this wouldn’t have had to happen.
