Terrible experience at BWS Joondalup. Sean served someone else before me even though I was clearly in line first, then waited until the very end of my transaction to suddenly ask for ID even though he’s served me before with no issue and despite my disability being very visible. The whole interaction felt rude, inconsistent, and unnecessarily humiliating. Staff need training on professionalism and how to treat customers fairly.
