Terrible experience at BWS Joondalup. Sean served someone else before me even though I was clearly in line first, then waited until the very end of my transaction to suddenly ask for ID even though he’s served me before with no issue and despite my disability being very visible. The whole interaction felt rude, inconsistent, and unnecessarily humiliating. Staff need training on professionalism and how to treat customers fairly.
The young man who served me today was absolutely disgusting. Refused to give me eye contact and his service was all around atrocious; even going so far as to call my liquor choice “cheap and nasty”. Will never come back to this store, you’ve lost a loyal customer…
