Hi. Went there today and witnessed an assault on staff. Disgusted beyond words. Staff members did everything right. Asked for ID and was assaulted and falsely accused of racism. I do hope he’s okay- just a man going to work and doing his job. They lost trade today and an innocent guy got hurt and I missed out on a special. I hope that worker is okay. It was upsetting to see.
I would like to extend a big Thank you" to the wonderful Gentleman today that not only asked what I wanted, took it to the counter and even got a trolley for me, seeing I was in pain. As a business owner, I commend such service as I would expect myself to my clients. 10/10. Regards, Gordana
i’m not sure if it was this BWS my jimmy brings order came from or another. i live west of joondalup. and i ordered 16/05 around 5.30pm. this sounds silly, but to the person that wrote ‘didn’t have mist & shadows cold sorry! :(‘ on my order i just want to let you know this is so small and basically the bare minimum but i appreciate it a lot. as someone who worked in retail its rare to find people who would even bother writing that on the order or even considering sending the wine cold. again, very sad review from myself but ... read more
