Easy access. Great staff.
When I drive up to the store there is an “open now” sign out the front. I press the doorbell and the older gentleman with the bald head comes up to the door and points to the sign.. I ask what’s going on? I assume he is on a power trip based on his replies. How else am I to interpret an “Open now” sign? He said I can’t read… Really need to change staff at this store.
Terrible experience at this BWS enoggera. The older gentleman behind the counter was rude and dismissive from the start. I greeted him multiple times and was blatantly ignored. When I went to use a BWS voucher, it didn’t work after the first two attempts. He scanned a different one, which finally worked, then rudely accused me of “giving the wrong voucher” in a condescending and unprofessional tone. Friendly staff Good security
I hated this BWS i have to ring a door bell at 1pm? And then the guy buzzed me in on a saturday. When i quired him about this, he said picks and choices who he let's in. Sometimes he just thinks they may be rude or snobby so does not let them in. Thank god i passed the 5 second judgement. I may not be so lucky next time!!! I will go some where else to ensure i can exchange my money for a product.
