Easy access. Great staff.
When I drive up to the store there is an “open now” sign out the front. I press the doorbell and the older gentleman with the bald head comes up to the door and points to the sign.. I ask what’s going on? I assume he is on a power trip based on his replies. How else am I to interpret an “Open now” sign? He said I can’t read… Really need to change staff at this store.
Terrible experience at this BWS enoggera. The older gentleman behind the counter was rude and dismissive from the start. I greeted him multiple times and was blatantly ignored. When I went to use a BWS voucher, it didn’t work after the first two attempts. He scanned a different one, which finally worked, then rudely accused me of “giving the wrong voucher” in a condescending and unprofessional tone.
