Brayden at BWS is one of the kindest most professional staff members of the BWS team. The manager Michael runs the best team. Thanks guys always such great experience entertaining the store.
Amazing display of customer care and concern from Josh and Mitchel today. I left my car keys on the counter which were mistakenly picked up by another customer....i spent an hour frantically retracing my steps while unbeknownst to me these two young men were in detective mode, checking camera footage, locating the customer who mistakenly took them, identifying him by his work shirt, ringing the company to describe the employee and then contacting him to return my keys....unbelievable!!!
