I can’t believe I write this, but, first time I’m waiting too long in a bottle shop. The black staff is chitchatting all the time and let the customers wait for him in line, and never looked at his food delivery order device.
I used DoorDash app to ordered the Mocato 2 bottles & 24 cans of beer at 25/12/2024 And DoorDash driver said BWS only give the beer and other $42 mocscato didn’t Provide And still now I can’t get my refund and no one help me
Whoever the manager of this branch is, need to train their staff showing them how to behave. The team member who served me was rude. Never step in again in this shop.
