I worked a 4 hour shift after a full day of school (i tuned 18 in april) and came to this BWS to get a wine for my mum. As soon as i entered i was told that i need to exit and won’t be served due to having my school jacket on over my uniform. i explained to the lady i was 18 and that i can show her my ID but i was still denied entry. My wife who was not intoxicated and aged 61 yrs old wanted to buy and try an alcoholic drink upon recommendation of my daughter was declined yesterday June 6, 2025 (before 8pm). The incompetent sales person does not know the rules and should be sacked for his stupidity even after being told the drink was for her to try. Your staff was not only properly trained but a complete idiot !
AJ was super helpful. I don't know a thing about wine, and he didn't judge me for that. He was just very personable and helped me pick out two wines for what I needed. Great and friendly service and super knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
