Absolutely disgraceful experience at this BWS. I was injured by the automatic door walking into the store, Sunday 22 February approximately 8.30pm, and management couldn’t have cared less. No concern, no urgency, no basic duty of care — just brushed off like it was nothing. Just gave me the store number code. When a customer gets hurt on your premises, the bare minimum is to show some empathy and take it seriously. Instead, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. I asked if the app deal had been applied because the price looked correct before even needing to pull out my phone, Great! Only instead of a polite reply like "yep I've got it for yah already" the cashier started doing maths...? Do not attempt to spend your loose change at this location unless you wanna be belittled by usually passive or otherwise kind staff members.
9:30pm on Saturday and no one attended.
