I’ve had many experiences shopping at different liquor stores, but what makes an experience truly stand out is dealing with a professional like Sai at BWS Crows Nest. Sai is genuinely great at helping customers make the right choice. Moreover even when in other situations, like when the counter system wasn’t working properly or became disconnected, he remained helpful, and continued to look after customers professionally. Lazy disinterested staff should be fired. Asian looking young man looked like he just got out of bed. Zero customer service. Stand up when someone comes in make an effort to actually do your job. You lost a $250 sale! Management take notice if you care at all

The manager is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and always has a huge smile on his face as he welcomes you. Good old fashioned manners and service.
